With two months left to go in Winter League bowling action, the top teams are juggling for top honors.
Some leagues are showing a three-game total deficit separating the top three places.
Twilighters Mixed League shows Triad Western currently in first-place with 60.5 wins, Vectra Bank in second with 59 wins and DC Sinclair only a half game back in third-place with 58.5, as of Feb. 27.
Tuesday night's Petroleum Men's League posted Empire Electric taking high handicap game/series (1,070/3,004). Randy Avon took the high scratch game (237), Billy Branson had the high scratch series (641) and Terry Branson rolled the high hcp game/series (241/652) as of Feb. 15.
Wednesday morning's Women's Coffee League posted Schmitt Ranches with the team high hcp game/series (614/1,761). Norma Cressler posted the high scratch/hcp game (210/253), Velma Autrey rolled a 619 hcp series and Lindy Rucker squeaked by with a 508 scratch series.
Monday evening's Powder Puff League listed Lotsa Pasta taking team honors with the high hcp game/series (854/2,436). Penny Smothers took the high scratch game/series (225/609) and Ronda Weir rolled a nice 269/685 hcp game/series as of week 25.
