February is a favorite month for sweethearts, and there is no nicer way to celebrate than with a special Valentine Tea on Saturday, Feb. 16, at 2:30 p.m. Plan to bring a sweetheart - yes, gentlemen are welcome - or another friend or family member to enjoy a three-course tea menu at $20 per person.
