Vulture art

Bill Tetzel clowns around with his sculpture on top of Belt Salvage. He plans to add more funny sculptures along Highway 491 through Cortez to slow traffic and to get people thinking about Cortez as a creative place with something good going on. See The Arts section on B1 for story.
