On Saturday, Feb. 16, the League of Women Voters is sponsoring a Legislative Low Down with State Senator Ellen Roberts of Durango and State Representative Don Coram of Montrose. The program will be at 10 a.m. in the Calvin Denton Room at Empire Electric, 801 North Broadway, Cortez.
These legislators, whose districts include Montezuma County, will discuss the issues expected to come before the Legislature this year. The event is open to the public.
