Two snow storms in Dove Creek had town plow drivers sick of zig zagging around trash polycarts. Town Manger Irvin Frazier asked that people move them out of the road when snow needs to be plowed. He also said there are several vehicles that also need to be moved.

The Dec. 19 storm was the first time the town had stopped plowing snow because of visibility.

"I didn't want anybody running over them and I didn't want them running over anybody," Frazier said.
