The Four Corners Board of Realtors Parade of Lights Committee would like to offer our deepest gratitude to not only the participants of the Parade of Lights, but to the entire community for helping to keep this tradition alive. This year's Parade included a record number of entries and despite very challenging conditions everyone involved did a tremendous job! Most spectators of the Parade could not have known the obstacles that had to be dealt with in putting the Parade on the street due to construction on that end of town. The construction workers, Police, all the Realtor volunteers, their families, and every one of the Parade entrants did a tremendous job in not only getting the Parade on the street, but ensuring the safety of every participant. The number of community members that volunteer time and money in this great event is enormous, and we want to take the opportunity to thank each and every one, including Cortez Retail Enhancement, City of Cortez, Cortez Newspapers, Skanska, Keesee Motor Company, Steve Keech Motors, Honey Dipper, KRTZ Radio, KNDN Radio, all the area Chambers of Commerce, members and affiliates of the Four Corners Board of Realtors, and a very special thank you to KSJD Radio for judging this year's Parade as well as broadcasting the Parade live. There are many, many more people than could possibly be named here, and our heartfelt thanks go to each and every one of you. We look forward to next year's Four Corners Board of Realtors Parade of Lights to be held the first Saturday in December 2013.
