The 2013 All Indian Rodeo Cowboys Association season kicks-off with the Cortez Membership Drive Rodeo.
The rodeo will include the 2012 year-end awards night celebration. Saddles, buckles and other appreciation awards will be presented to the champions of their respective events.
AIRCA is hosting the Membership Drive Rodeo on the weekend of Jan. 12-13, at the Montezuma County Fairgrounds at 1 p.m.
The awards night celebration is schedule for Jan. 12, at the Cortez Elks Lodge with a banquet and country-western dance. Doors open at 5 p.m.
AIRCA 2013 membership cards are also currently being sold by president Harrison Charley and Ruthie Nez at an early rate of $75. A special rate is good through the Membership Drive Rodeo for points to count with a 2013 card.
