I have been privileged to read the berating of President Barack Obama by Catherine Spencer.

I don't personally know Spencer but I do know a lot of community organizers, who work hard to better the lives of those who are less fortunate. But I have a few comments about the drivel of Spencer.

"President Obama helped 186 people get mortgages."

Facts.

In 1995, the law firm that he worked for listed him as lead attorney for two of the three named plaintiffs in a case against Citibank for mortgage discrimination. The docket bound Obama's name to the lawsuit and the 183 clients who followed.

Documents for this case (SCRIBD.COM) shows information for only 88 of the plaintiffs. Thirty do not have the original mortgages, 22 do, 32 are listed as "unsure," seven refinanced, eight sold the property and four are deceased. The remaining 83 have no information.

I guess it's better for Spencer to claim the unsure and blanks in whatever way best suits her point of view.

Our uneducated, community organizing president graduated magna cum laude from Harvard in 1991 (editor of the Harvard Law Review at the end of his first year, and president of the journal in his second).

Now I am sure there are numerous idiots that graduate magna cum laude from Harvard. What did he do following his education? He taught constitutional law at the University of Chicago Law School for 12 years.

But our nimrod-in-chief also was director of Illinois's Project Vote in 1992.

From 1993 until 2004 worked for a law firm specializing in civil rights litigation and neighborhood economic development.

From 1994 to 2002, he served on the boards of directors of the Woods Fund of Chicago and he served on the board of directors of the Chicago Annenberg Challenge from 1995 to 2002.

I have to ask why Spencer decided to alter or omit some pretty important information. It took me a whole 20 minutes on Google Search to get my information. Where did Spencer get hers?
