Potential U.S. Senate candidate Trish Zornia plans to visit Cortez on Sunday, Aug. 19, during her tour of Southwest Colorado.
She is scheduled to visit Moose and More, 12 E. Main St., from 5-6 p.m.
Zornia, a progressive scientist from a rural background, is exploring the possibility of serving Colorado in a 2020 run for the U.S. Senate.
