Staff members and wolves from Wolfwood Refuge will visit and interact with community members from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at Five Branches Campground, 4677 County Road 501A, in Vallecito.
Attendees will have the opportunity to meet new ambassador wolves, pet the animals and take photos. Lunch will be offered at noon for a $5 donation and staff will give an educational talk at 1 p.m.
Wolfwood items will be for sale at the event. Proceeds go to support the refuge. Dogs are not allowed at the event.
