FFA Service Project

Cortez FFA members prepare a bean soup mix as a service project to fill a need in the community.

On Wednesday, Nov. 7, the District III FFA Officers kicked off a district-wide service project preparing individual meals for the less fortunate. Cortez FFA members prepared 881 bags of bean soup mix. Three varieties of beans and seasoning were donated by Adobe Milling for the project. The meals were donated to the Bridge Emergency Shelter.
