I was just wondering why Santa Claus and rodeo clowns are welcome to come down the middle of Main Street but the men and women who have made untold sacrifices for our country and this community have been relegated to the back alleys of our town for their parade. My sincere apologies to you veterans for the slap in the face by our city fathers.
