Award-winning ventriloquist Meghan Casey and her Rocky Mountain Puppets will return to perform for the Cortez Public Library’s Summer Reading Family Entertainment Series on Wednesday, July 11.
Casey will tell the story of Aidan the dinosaur, who wants to hold auditions for his new band. However, he doesn’t like any of the music and decides to start a band by himself. Casey will ask for audience help in teaching Aidan that there is no “I” in “team” and how valuable teamwork is for success.
Casey and her puppets will be at the library, 202 N. Park St., 202 N. Park St., for a special performance July 11 at 6:30 p.m. Refreshments will be served.
