Sam Radke will serve as the interim chief financial officer for Southwest Health System, according to a news release from Southwest Health public information officer Haley Saunders.
Radke has an undergraduate degree in accounting and an MBA in health care administration from the University of Colorado. He has worked with over 35 hospitals in the Rocky Mountain area – eight of which have been “turnaround” situations and had positive outcomes. He has taught health care finance and health care law at the university level. He is a fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives and a past president of the Healthcare Financial Management Association.
Radke and his wife, Sharon, reside in Lakewood, Colorado, and have two married sons and two grand-daughters.
Both Radke and Interim CEO Tony Sudduth, join Southwest Health from Community Hospital Corp. Consulting Services.
